This unique 30A Beach Condo in Seaview Villas - a gated community - is just a 5 minute walk to the private beach access with sugar white sand! The Seaview Villas community also has a 2,000 square foot pool (heated seasonally) and charcoal grills. 

The kitchen is fully equipped, island seats two and dining table seats eight. The living room is cozy with a big TV and access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and luxury en-suite bath with double vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a king bed and private full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds as well as a full bathroom. Additionally there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Seaview Villas is the perfect condo for a family or a group of friends who want a quiet retreat walking distance to the beach and biking distance to Seaside and The Big Chill! Relax in this family-friendly area nestled between the state park and the beach. Directly behind the Villas you’ll find Point Washington National Park with miles of walking and biking trails. You will find easy access immediately to the front of the complex to the 15-mile walking/biking path along famous 30A. Take part in all the activities of Seaside and Watercolor just 2 miles to the west or head east and you’ll find Eastern Lake, The Big Chill, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Both fine dining and barefoot casual restaurants are within biking distance.

Other than the private beach access at Heritage Dunes, there are two public beach accesses located just a short distance from the home.The Ramsgate Beach access is 0.5 mile and the Eastern Lake Beach Access is just 0.5 miles! Hop on the bikes and cruise through the Seagrove Beach Community to shops, restaurants and the sugar white sands of 30A!
