Our Home has the most ideal location on the island for beach or bay goers. You're positioned perfect on the canal, having a large dock ideal for fishing, swimming or parking your boat! Theres also a private boat ramp that you can use for slow plunging into the canal or launching your boat. The exterior is equipt with a HUGE picnic table, ideal for fish stories & family gatherings . The kitchen has all you can ask for from an airfryer to a ninja blender & coffee maker. Place is really awesome

The place is really awesome and the Beach view on both sides of the property is very beautiful. The property owner is really very communicative. Only I suggest to the property owner is to treat the Deck woods as kids and myself got splintered in to hands and legs when they were playing outside.

HI, I'm Alise, my husband and 4 children have enjoyed family beach trips for years and now its our opportunity to share our home with you. Being a mom of 4, I have included all sorts of "necessities" in our home. One thing I pride myself in is entertainment... from rainy days to beautiful days the kiddos will always have something to do (but not too far from home!) When searching for rental homes I was always at a loss for round the clock entertainment ...WITHOUT devices! So, at our home the children can play games, air hockey, foosball, ride bikes, swim in the canal, walk to the bay (1 block over) or the beach (3 blocks over), the list in never ending. We are so able to entertain the adults!!! with a HUGE TV you can turn football on and face the covered porch while grilling at the same time. The ice machine is fantastic for coolers, and the drink fridge is great for making room in the big fridge for food and left overs!!!!

Keyless entry is a MUST while traveling~ the door code will be sent to you before your check in date keeping you from keeping up with a key!
