Welcome to the Avocado Oasis. A brand new studio space featuring spa like vibes and tranquility. Within a few miles of popular beaches, minutes to downtown St. Pete, access to the Pinellas Trail and a quick ride to downtown Gulfport. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The space
Newly constructed 300 sqft garage apartment. This studio features one queen bed with a full pullout bed in the living room. Ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and one child. If booking for more than 2 people, the living room and bedroom are not separated by a full wall and door. It is an open studio with full amenities meant for a minimalstic lifestyle.

All new construction which includes new heat and A/C, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, all new furnishings and new private outdoor patio.

The studio is completely private from the main house. There are long term tenants who live in the main house. The studio is not detached from the main house. There is one shared wall. However, multiple layers of studio grade and sound deading insulation were used to prevent any noise interruption.

Guest access
Guests will have access off of the back alley where the entrance and parking are located. There is keyless access from the exterior gate and main exterior door to the studio.

Private getaway

The avocado oasis was very conveniently located to dining and shopping. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating . Convenient check-in process. Very private and clean. Thoughtful amenities, such as laundry, pods, dishwashing pods, and dog treats. Adding this to my favorites ❤️. PS loved being Serenaded by all the beautiful birds each morning while I sat on the patio enjoying my coffee

Excellent experience.

Very clean and updated. It was amazing how well it was stocked. We did not have to go out and purchase anything . Everything was there that we needed. The fenced in patio was perfect for our pup. We were able to let her out without worrying about tying her up. Even a barbecue with all the tools. Thank you for paying attention to details.

Tiny house

Very cute ground floor studio apartment. It is small but big enough to accommodate two people. Loved all the decorating and modern appliances. Especially liked the private and secure fence surrounding the patio. We met Stacey, the owner, and she was helpful with a couple questions we had. We were not use to Roku tv but got the hang of it eventually. We would definitely recommend this place if okay with small.

It’s the little things.

This place was so adorable and quaint. The little touches that made it feel like home. Nice quality toilet paper, great paper towel. Lovely towels and dishes. Cute outdoor patio with a little area for our dog to go potty. Laundry pods to do your laundry. A beautifully tiled bathroom with a rain shower head. It was truly adorable and homey. We loved it.
