Our house features a modern and stylish design with comfortable furnishings, plenty of natural light, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need. There is also a dining table that seats six and seating for 3 at the peninsula with bar stools perfect for enjoying meals together as a group.

Our three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with comfortable mattresses, soft linens, and plenty of closet space. On the first floor you will find two of the bedrooms with Queen bed. Share two bathrooms, one powder room and the other is a 3 piece with walk -in shower while the master bedroom is on the second floor and has its own ensuite bathroom and a King size bed.

We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free parking for your convenience.

The Adults Pool (resembles a Cenote) and is directly across from our unit and Kids Pool (Children's Wading Pool).

You also have access to the brand new gym directly across from the unit that includes free weights, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, universal machine, a rowing machine and an area to do Yoga.
Kids play in an area (gated off) with slides and swings.

Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive or bike ride from all the best that Tulum has to offer. You'll be just a few minutes away from world-renowned beaches, delicious restaurants, and unique shops and boutiques.

Our suggestions are to rent a vehicle during your stay. There are so many amazing things to see around the Mayan Riviera and a car is a great way to come and go as you please. But there are also a lot of taxis around or we can organize private transportation for your activities.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
