If you're coming from a road trip, we bet you can't wait to feel the soft white sand between your toes, just minutes away from our vacation rental.
As you arrive and park, you'll find our distinctive red front door. Using the code we provided you the day before, you'll easily unlock it and step inside. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised by our modern remodeled interior, featuring a brand new white kitchen and a welcoming beach-themed design that'll set the tone for your beach retreat.
But wait, there's more! A massive 75" flat-screen TV greets you right from the entrance, promising entertainment and relaxation. As you take a few steps inside, you can't help but notice the aqua-colored comfortable couches and a stunning beach-themed artwork above one of them. It's hard not to picture your feet sinking into the white sand as you sit down and unwind.
Now, the beach is calling, just a few minutes away. Depending on how much luggage you have and if you've brought the kids (we love kids!), you can choose to quickly unload and take a refreshing dip in our pool right outside the sliding glass doors (but don't worry, we'll get back to the pool in a minute).
So, you decide to drop your stuff and head to one of the best beaches, only 6 miles away – Holmes Beach, on Anna Maria Island. As you drive there, you'll cross the Causeway, where you'll catch a glimpse of the glistening white sand, jet ski rentals, and even horse riding in the water! It's all part of the adventure.
Make a mental note to return to the Causeway to try out these exciting activities because, after all, you're on vacation, and you want to experience everything our vacation town has to offer. Your time at Sunny Paradise is just beginning, and there's so much more to discover.
As you arrive at the stunning Anna Maria Island beaches, the crystal-clear blue waters and powdery white sand beckon you. But, oh no, you realize you forgot to grab a beach chair and towels from the house! Don't fret, though. We've got you covered. In our garage, you'll find beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and even some beach toys waiting for you.
If you prefer not to head back to the house, you can conveniently shop for beach essentials at the beach store, or you can opt to rent a couple of loungers and a beach umbrella right there on the beach itself. We want your beach experience to be as hassle-free as possible.
As you take in the breathtaking beauty of the beach, you can't help but notice the beach cafe nearby. It offers a tempting selection of good food, delicious desserts, and snacks, making it the perfect spot to refuel and savor the beach atmosphere.
You feel like you've always dreamt of visiting these beaches, and now you're finally here, living that dream. But then, a thought crosses your mind – the pool back at the house! If you happen to arrive during the winter months, you might be craving a dip in a comfortably heated pool. No need to worry – we offer pool heating! There's an additional fee for this service, but rest assured, it's worth it. Our pool heating is not solar, so when we turn it on, it works efficiently to provide you with a warm and enjoyable swimming experience.

As you settle into our Sunny Paradise, we want to share some important information about our pool heating. During the very few cold days in Florida, it's possible that despite our best efforts, the pool heater may not raise the water temperature above 76 degrees.
After a day at the beach, watching the breathtaking sunset, you head back to the house and decide to order some delicious food or arrange for grocery delivery. No worries – grocery stores and some of our favorite restaurants are just a few minutes away. You schedule a grocery delivery for tomorrow morning and order some mouthwatering dinner for this evening.
As you dine with your family on our patio, beneath the warm glow of string lights, you realize that this moment is just like those beach house photos you've seen online. You've made it here, and we're delighted to have you as our guest!
Feeling tired, you rinse the sand off your feet in our pristine white bathroom and make your way to the king-size bed in your room. We adore king-size beds, with their crisp white bedding and comfy pillows. For a restful night's sleep, we've provided blackout curtains because tomorrow, you have an exciting day ahead. You plan to wake up early and head out for a run on the beach.
The De Soto Memorial, just half a mile away, offers walking and running trails along the water, and that's where you'll start your morning. After your invigorating run or walk, you return to the house and take that refreshing plunge into the crystal-clear pool. It's the perfect way to start your day before you lounge on one of the comfortable loungers we offer.
You can't believe you're finally here, and then you notice the grill in the backyard. You start making plans for the afternoon, heading to the nearest store to pick up whatever you'd like to grill (don't worry; we provide the propane). As you relax, you consider all your options, including renting a kayak at Robinson's Preserve, which is just about 1 mile away.
Then it hits you – there's a ping pong table in the garage! You start planning a friendly tournament with your friends or family who have joined you on this amazing trip.
Now, you just wish you had more days to stay with us because there's so much to do, and maybe not enough time to do it all. Your Sunny Paradise vacation is shaping up to be an unforgettable experience filled with relaxation, adventure, and cherished memories.
