Cypress Villa #7 is nestled in the heart of Concan. This cabin is 1 bedroom, 1 bath and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside, you will find a patio complete with fire pit, BBQ pit and picnic table.

PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We recommend packing additional toiletry items for your stay.

This property is excellent for a quick weekend trip. The queen size bed and bunk bed were good. The sofa bed doesn’t seem useable but we didn’t need it. The window unit kept the bunk section freezing and the rest of the cabin comfortable. The restroom is a tight squeeze but clean. The kitchen is not the best but good enough. The dishes and utensils could be updated. Fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the porch was clean and ready to enjoy. The location is excellent as well! Just steps away from Hippie Chicks and a 3 minute drive from Neal’s! Overall, it was perfect for a small group looking for a weekend getaway.
