It has everything you need (plus a few little extras) and nothing you don’t! This open airy floor plan with a single bedroom and open concept living room. Pickin' the Hwy 127 yard sale

We went to Tennessee to work the Hwy 127 yard sale. The cabin was very clean and appears to be new. It is located directly beside an RV park. I would suggest blinds on doors for privacy and lamp in the living area. The owner uses an answering service and we tried multiple times to contact her about adding an additional night but got no response. Overall our experience was fine. So if you are looking for a cabin off the beaten path this one may be for you!

Pre-Fishing Trip

There is parking for bass boat and outlet to charge batteries. Bring extension cord and chucks. House can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Bathroom small but manageable. Plenty of clean sheets/blankets/towels. Nice seating area outside. Neighbors were pleasant and helpful.
