Located on a large cul-de-sac lot in a beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood, this splendid home is a short walk from the community pond, great dining options, convenience stores, and shops, and just four miles from downtown Garland. You have everything you need within a stone's throw!
This splendid home is all about entertainment! The start of this retreat is definitely the enclosed swimming pool. The pool area also features a firepit surrounded by many seating options and a gas grill that will be great for warm-weather barbecues. The enclosed backyard provides you with a safe and private space where the kids can run around freely and play. Spend entertaining evenings challenging each other at foosball matches in the garage, which has been turned into an additional living room with inviting sofas.
As you enter this charming retreat, you will encounter one of the living areas. Spread out on the comfy sectional for a tranquil and relaxing evening at home streaming a favorite movie or show on the smart TV. The second living area can be used as a great conversation and gathering spot! Between both living areas hides a convenient working area with a desk and a printer in case someone needs to work remotely. Prepare savory culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed, galley-style kitchen with modern appliances. Choose to have a quick snack on the go at the adjacent dinette or host a grand meal in the formal dining room. Additional perks include a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen, three large bedrooms, board games, and central air-conditioning.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
