The home looked exactly like the pictures and the beds were very comfy! It wasn’t too far away from any restaurants or attractions. I would definitely book again in the future.
The house was clean and in a great location. The games did not work as shown in pictures and there was not a double bunk bed however a trundle. Overall nice house!
Pictures are just like the house. Host was very responsive on any issues we had. We had a bug problem and they sent out an exterminator , our last night it started to rain and the ceiling in the theatre room leaked on baggage. The grass needs to be cut but that wasn’t a big deal. The pool was kept up and very nice to be in. The overall home was cozy. The host did let us check on an hour early
We had a great stay, and the house had plenty of amenities. Tech is all over the house with great TVs in almost every room of the house (including the master bath). Our kids enjoyed the theater room. The owner was very responsive and sent someone on the first day to address some issues and a missing blender. Like many house rentals, some items need replenishment. We didn't find enough pool towels. The pool is in great shape. The house overall has nice finishes. The yard needs some love but does that really matter on a vacation rental? Overall, we enjoyed the house for the time we were there.
Owner tried to kick us out the day before our scheduled arrival, his "family was flying in tonight" and our group just needed to leave. Only after badgering us to leave did he finally check his email only to see that we did in fact haver a next day check out time. Lots of ill feeling in our group (who was hurriedly packing to leave) and just before we were leaving for a dinner in our honor with our Dallas friends. The owner's attitude was SO ABRASIVE and unnecessary, and his "apology" after learning of HIS mistake was pathetic. REALLY put a damper on the last night of our stay.
We brought are grandson to Dallas for a few days and really enjoyed our stay, the pool was perfect. The house is nice and clean, I think air conditioner up stars was leaking in cabinet on bottom floor and it had look like black mold in cabinet! The rooms was very nice and great shower in master bathroom. Pretty deck coming out of master then you look up and nails are sticking out all over., All in all we had a great time and would stay again if get rid of the mold! The theater in the bedroom was awesome but need chairs to put out fold up chair would be fine, it was hard to fit all of us on the bed to watch a movie! Top part of the fridge was not getting very cold, but didn’t have lot of food so didn’t bother us that much.
Highly recommend this home.
It was perfect for us as a family. The home is set up with everything you need and near stores with easy access to main streets.
We spent most of the late afternoons enjoying the pool and BBQ setting. We will book again in the future.

The house is nice but the issues are more than you expect to enjoy the nice house.
Let me start by saying the house is very nice and in a nice neighborhood. That was the reason we chose it that and the pool. We got there and had many issues. 1- the Pool wasn’t clean, the kids still used it but it wasn’t what we were expecting 2- The fridge was broken and we lost a weeks worth of food ($400) finally when they replaced it they just put it in the dining room instead of in the kitchen and taking the other one away. 3-They turn off the AC on you!! This was a huge issue for me, we’d come home from a long day (10-12 hrs) at competitions to a 79-82 degree house. We’d change it to 69 and it’ll be back to 79-82 when we’d come back we complained about it daily and yet they’d just apologize and go back to turning it off daily!!! 4- the grass wasn’t mowed 5- they had piles of trash boxes and bags full of fast food garbage right next to the pool ridiculously unattractive. There were a few other small issues like a broken step, broken speakers in a room, dirty bathroom, but those weren’t big deals just annoying. For the amount they charge they need a lot of training on how to have the house in working order for you. Not worth the amount of money and stress.
