Retreat to this spacious home away from home on a peaceful .5 acre lot with an easy walk to Downtown Greer and Century Park. Enjoy the outdoor space complete with a fire pit, grill, and slide. If you’re looking to stay indoors, there are 4 TVs and a play station. Whether you’re a local or traveling from across the world, you’ll feel right at home sipping sweet tea and swinging on the front porch swing.

If you are looking to lounge and relax around the house, this is the place for you. There is a fire pit with firewood, a dual gas/charcoal grill, and a huge backyard with a slide. You'll sleep like a dream floating in the custom made hanging beds. The front porch is warm and inviting with a large swing, perfect for taking in fresh air and sipping tea. There are 4 TVs, a play station, games, and books.

Review

This place was perfect for what we needed. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog. The shower was not consistent with hot and cold water. Even the first person to take a shower did not have enough hot water to finish a hot shower. It quickly switched from hot to cold. We spent a good bit of time on the porch and loved the swing. If you have children there is an awesome park that is only half a mile away. Enjoy!
