Relax with your family at Casa San Francisco. The house is located downtown of La Paz, 7 blocks from the Malecon (900 meters, an 11-minute walk). The house is new and has a pool (no heating system for the pool), terrace, barbecue grill, fiber optic internet, 2 bedrooms, TV room, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, and a big garage with electric gate. A suburban fits perfectly in there. We don't use gas, our home appliances are electric.

Perfect house for our family stay. Clean, accommodating, absolutely great pool for kids on days when they are too tuckered out to explore. Francisco was always quick to respond and helpful—we will stay here again when we come back to La Paz!

This was our third time here and it never disappoints. The location is perfect — just 5 minutes from the Malecón, the pool was a great way to cool off between outings, and the house itself is comfortable and well-kept. Francisco is a fantastic host, always responsive and welcoming. We keep coming back for good reason — highly recommend for anyone visiting La Paz!

Francisco was very welcoming, had printed a long list of recommendations and had even supplied fresh coffee beans. The location was quiet and the apartment was well stocked . Everything was clean and the many photographs of the region were lovely.

Wonderful home with pool in a great location

This was a most wonderful property with a very nice pool and comfortable accommodations. The location is walkable to most necessities, and a very cheap Uber to the other side of town (averaging $50MXN per trip). Francisco is a top notch host and actually met us at the property on arrival. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome place in central La Paz!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old and had a great visit in La Paz. The house was very clean, well appointed. Super comfortable beds just like a nice hotel. Close to all the main spots in La Paz. Francisco met us when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations for the area. Loved visiting La Paz and will definitely stay here again next visit!

Why they chose this property

We bought this land in 2012 with the idea of building our home, but decided to build Casa San Francisco instead. After years of hard work we finally launched this house almost 2 years ago and have welcomed people from all over the world since. We personally receive our guests and love finding ways to make this home better. My wife and I hope you like it and enjoy La Paz.
