I loved that it was pet-friendly and clean as a whistle when we arrived. The best part was the proximity to the State park, their beautifully kept landscaping, and proximity to Niagara Falls.

It was an amazing stay close to Niagara Falls. Just a short walk to maid of the mist! Apartment was nice and comfortable. The host was prompt when I had questions! Overall it was the perfect getaway!

We came to Niagara Falls for a weekend trip with our kids. The unit was clean and with plenty of supplies when we arrived. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Great location, considering many of the other rentals, in the same price range, were in the middle of the hood. Would book again if we come back to the area.

I didn't receive the code to access the apartment on time as promised. I had to call/text VRBO and the property owner several times. The property was nice and as advertised, but the noise from the neighbors upstairs and the fireworks almost every nighwqs a bit much. No quiet nights or mornings, but we were gone most of the day, but still not something you want to have to deal with on vacation.

Perfect Location

Great rental for families, much preferred over a hotel. Perfect location to the falls and all attractions. Very clean, well kept and managed. Having a dryer in the unit was definitely a plus!

Fantastic rental!

Awesome location (literally across the street from the state park). Clean, modern, comfortable and nicely equipped. Pet friendly. We loved our mini-vacation in Niagara Falls thanks in large part to this apartment.

Fantastic location!

The townhouses were in the best location and a short walk to the state park and the falls, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t have to drive at all to get around there…loves it! And the townhouse was clean and easily accessible for a family member visiting with us that had less mobility. Thank you!

Stayed on Buffalo Ave. Great location and close to most of the falls attractions. Booked housing through VRBO. Great experience, place was well maintained, clean and good size. Enjoyed the trip!

We had a great time at this condo! It had a very spacious layout and there were plenty of towels/supplies provided in the kitchen. It was convenient to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The people upstairs were a little heavy footed, but I always bring a noisemaker so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay there again!

Property closely located to many attractions. Comfortable, ( altho mattresses would be more comfortable if a little thicker). It had been missed by the cleaning crew but Frank got them in really quick with no hassles and great after that.
