Pretty House But Not The Cleanest
The house was great and had enough room for everyone. The only thing that would have been better is the house being cleaner upon arrival. Three comforters in the house had stains and looked dirty after inspecting them. The hot tub cover was falling apart and this led to the hot tub having a lot of tree debris lingering in it. The outdoor furniture did not look like it had been cleaned before we arrived (which I understand is outside, but the tree debris on the furniture looked old). In the bathroom, I was pretty disgusted to find a used band-aid lying in the center of the drain after taking a shower. The grass had not been cut prior to our arrival and it was long. Additionally, the bushes along the front walkway were overgrown and needed to be trimmed (they were covering the sidewalk so we had to walk in the grass). The pool table was pretty dirty as well, it needed a good brushing before we arrived. The cleaning could be a lot better and we were pretty disappointed in that. Overall, the house and the amenities were nice, but they definitely need to invest in some maintenance and upkeep and maybe more thorough inspections before releasing the house to their guests.

Snowboard weekend 2024
We had a great time at the cabin. It was exactly what we hoped for when booking it. It was clean, had a great view, and was close to snowboarding! We had an issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi but communication was great and we got it resolved quickly.

Spectacular views and comfortable house layout for a large group
Amazing Views! A generous size back patio with places for intimate talks or larger groups and even some dancing! Spectacular view from multiple places inside the house and out. We watched clouds float across the back patio over our morning coffee from the DR table. The bedrooms felt like private suites to retreat to for some quiet time if desired and not hear everything in the next room. The many couches were comfortable and big enough for my 6”2” son to stretch out. The hot tub was a nice treat to unwind and gaze at the twinkling stars. While we did have a couple things that were trouble, the office quickly responded and sent someone over 1st thing in the morning. Neither issue was able to be resolved however. We’d certainly stay again and would recommend this home. We’d also recommend BLUE RIDGE RENTALS. Due to their quick response and follow up, we are certain our concerns will be taken care of before the next guest. The items of concern are as follows: freezer leaked on the floor (we put towels down but that meant that with 1 towel p/p, two people were without towels); the internet was locked & staff couldn’t unlock it; the dishes we used had to be hand washed bc of food/film on them. The DW was black w/mold. We ran it multiple times, but the water never got hot inside; the 3 car rule is unrealistic w/14 ppl (6 would fit comfortably)-we parked extra cars at a local hotel which was inconvenient; there were no hanging rods in the master closet.
