This gorgeously renovated and spacious condo has what it takes to make the best beach memories. Sitting in the heart of all the action, you will have no problem finding limitless ways to use each day to its fullest. Simply walk a few steps to the white sand and blue water across the street, or, if a shopping day is on the agenda, make your way down to Pier Park. While in the area, Russell Fields Pier is a great place to catch a unique glimpse of the coastline or fish with the locals. Gulf World can also be a great attraction for all ages just three miles away. On-site amenities include two outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a grill/BBQ area for even more fun in the sun!

Guests can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with all the cookware and appliances needed, or surprise everyone with refreshing cocktails. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with friends and family after a day of fun in the sun. If you'd rather spend your afternoon inside, the living area offers a comfortable sofa bed and armchair near to snuggle up on. Three 58-inch smart TVs provide plenty of in-home entertainment for the whole group. Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. Additional perks include four (4) portable beach chairs (2 backpack chairs with cup holders and storage and 2 foldable chairs) provided for use during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
