Completely renovated (2019) lake house on the west side of Seneca Lake. All of the luxury amenities you need for a lakeside vacation with family and friends! Amazing views from each of the three levels of the house and 250 ft of private lakefront property with oversized private deck and patio. Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, lakeside yard, and private dock.

We enjoy boating, biking, hiking, and skiing. We have two teenage children and plenty of extended relatives who enjoy the lake life with us! We are both from the Finger Lakes area and enjoy sharing the beauty of this property with others.
Why they chose this property
This has been our extended family retreat for nearly 20 years. Our parents were lucky enough to buy this property as a double lot, with 240 feet of lakefront! In 2019 we remodeled the house and decided to start sharing it with other families who enjoy the Finger Lakes region. You will feel like you are at a resort when you are at the house, but you can also visit nearby wineries, breweries, and great restaurants within 1-3 miles of our home. The view from every window and very outdoor area is incredible. Wake up to the sunset or sit and watch the waves and lake life all day long. The lake seems to "lay down" each night-so calm and serene.
What makes this property unique
Our house is updated and meticulously maintained. It is rare that you can find this size house, with incredible views and winery/brewery/dining and adventure options right outside your door. We enjoy helping you plan your stay and will support you with ideas and support as you plan for and experience your vacation.
