This location was convenient

Easy access to Beale St, short drive to Graceland and Sun Stuido. We were able to use uber and didn't need a car. Check out the ducks at the Peabody Hotel.

St Jude Marathon

FANTASTIC…..Everything was great…Drew was very quick to respond to any questions we had..location was perfect for us..felt comfortable and safe at all times (whenever you stay in a downtown area you should always be aware of your surroundings period.) for those that might feel uncomfortable staying Downtown.. I would definitely recommend to friends and family..and hopefully Drew’s place will be available on my next visit to Memphis…

10 minute walk from everything!

This comfy apartment was perfect for our stay for the RiverArts Festival. We were able to walk to the river front easily for the show and walk to Beale street after! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast. Bed was comfortable and spacious. I loved the decor. The walls are a little thin so it got noisy but we didn’t mind. Thanks for being so communicative throughout our stay! We may come back again next year.
