There for NCAA men’s basketball
The location was very convenient, though not quite walking distance to stadium and Beal Street. The condo was roomy and had most everything needed. A couple of minor problems of no batteries in the tv remotes and no ice cube tray and ice maker not working. Most upsetting though was the lack of cleanliness. It has been a while since any deep cleaning had been done. The double full glass front doors were so dirty one could not see out them. The microwave was dirty inside and out. I cleaned before using. The outside of the refrigerator was filthy. I cleaned it. The dishwasher was dirty on the outside also, plus the bottom of the inside was filthy and stunk. We did not use the dishwasher, except to load a few dirty dishes in the early morning we left. The stove and everything above and around it was greasy and smeared from being wiped. Just not clean at all. The mirror frame around the headboard of the bed in the master bedroom was all filmy and had lots of fingerprints and smudges.
Additionally, the dryer vent hose was not connected to the pipe venting to the outside, so the lint and heat was being put into washer/dryer closet. All in all, very much looked like a unit owned by an absentee owner, not one that is around and paying attention to details such as cleanliness and good maintenance.
