Pool and Spa: We ask that you use caution when using the pool and spa, particularly with children or non-swimmers, and that you observe any safety guidelines or rules that we provide. Please note that glass containers are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. We'll do our best to keep the pool and spa at a comfortable temperature during your stay, but we cannot guarantee specific temperatures.

Game Room: Please feel free to use the game room, but we ask that you take good care of the equipment and put everything back where you found it after use.

Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit, and never leave it unattended. We recommend that you only use the fire pit in the designated area, and do not use it during periods of high fire risk.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or cookware, but we ask that you clean up after yourself when you're finished.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Each bedroom has comfortable and luxurious bedding, and we provide fresh linens and towels for your use. We ask that you keep the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy during your stay.

Air Conditioning: The house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking, but we ask that you conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when you're not in the house.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 10 am on the day of departure. Please make sure to tidy up and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. We ask that you put all dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave

We will provide you with a unique code to access the house through our August lock. This way, you can check-in at your convenience and have complete privacy during your stay.

Access to the home will be provided via an August smart lock, which will allow you to enter the home with a unique code that we will provide before your arrival.
The smart lock is easy to use and does not require any physical keys, so you won't need to worry about losing or misplacing them.

Our vacation home is a spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Spring,
Texas. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends, with plenty of room for up to 14 guests. The home features a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a heated pool and spa, a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and an Xbox for entertainment. Outside, there is an outdoor smoker for cooking up delicious meals and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
