Recently renovated two bedroom and one bath lakefront cottage located directly on Lake Michigan in Lake Michigan Beach Michigan just 12 minutes from downtown St. Joseph! Take in all the fun then come back to your comfortable lakefront escape!

Our cottage is located on a large beautiful wooded and fenced private lot with space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Perfect for couples, singles and families. Comfortably sleeps four and with two couches for added sleeping spaces.

Close to beaches, restaurants, wineries, fruit orchards, state parks and many free events all year.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, large closet, dresser, 50 inch TV and lakeview.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, dresser, 50 inch TV.
Bathroom: large shower and vanity.
Full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig and fully equipped with all cooking utensils.
Open floor plan with dining area and living space. Dinette table and chairs, gas fireplace, two ample couches, 50 inch TV and views of Lake Michigan.

Local Attractions and Events

St. Joseph - wonderful downtown shopping and dining. Summer and fall festivals: Fourth of July concert/fireworks, Krasl Art Fair, Farmer’s Market (every Saturday), Antiques on the Bluff (first Sunday of the month), Chalk on the Block, Children’s Museum, outdoor jazz concerts and many other seasonal attractions.

Hagar Beach (closest beach to cottage) - .6 mile (2 minutes away) great beach with playground, grills, picnic tables and portable toilets. Very easy walk or drive/park in the free lot.

Silver Beach (St. Joseph) - wide large beach adjacent to downtown/bluff. Pavilions, playground, concessions, splash pad, grills, restrooms and more. Daily parking fee.

Rocky Gap Beach - Easy sloping walkway (no stairs to climb). Wide beach and usually quiet. Great for rock and beach glass collectors. Free limited parking.

Jean Klock Park/Tiscornia Park - nice beach with lighthouse pier, picnic pavilion and public restrooms. Daily parking fee.

Many wineries and distilleries located both in St. Joseph and southwest Michigan. Best to research based on your tastes and expectations.

Kayak and canoe rentals available in and around St. Joseph.

This is a nice cottage with view of Lake Michigan. Can sit on quiet back deck and listen to the lake. We had a nice evening fire in the fire pit. We did not walk to the beach as it would have been along a busy road. However, it was a short drive to Hagar Park beach, which was a nice quiet beach. This can be convenient to St. Joseph, Coloma, and South Haven.

We really enjoyed this home and it’s location. It was our first time staying in the area and it did not disappoint! Carrie was wonderful to work with as well.

Long weekend getaway

We had so much fun at the cottage! So close to St. Joseph’s and South Haven. Very clean and quaint place to stay right on Lake Michigan. Beautiful sunsets and cool mornings spent sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Carrie was very accommodating. Lots of suggestions for beaches and restaurants. Family stay with two teenagers that were never bored. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay again if we get back up that way!! Thanks so much for making our vacation great!!!!

Nice place to unwind!

We had a blast. There's a huge theme park in Muskegon that wasn't too busy during the week. A nearby air and space museum was a blast, too. This property is 2-3 minutes from some beaches that weren't crowded at all. Up to date appliances, three large TV's.
