Exclusive Neighborhood provides a Place to enjoy for 4-6 renters as a Spectacular Private Corporate Executive Rental, Easy Access to the EAA Grounds, a View of the Airshows with aircraft flying over our house. This Rental is Situated On 1.75 Private Acre approx. 1.5 miles from the EAA Grounds. if You Are Searching for Any or All of the Following Look No Further You Found the Spot: Privacy, Easy Access to EAA and also Sea Plane Bay. Ideal to meet guests at the Airshow and then a perfect elegant home to unwind and relax for 4-6 people. Lovely Living room with attached Dining room. Comfortable Family Room and lovely comfortable sunroom next to a well stocked kitchen overlooking the backyard. Electric included up to $300/month a/ overage charged to reflect usage. Security deposit required.
We can provide a concierge service with 1 drop off and 1 pick up at EAA each day w/ extra rides negotiated. Let us know all your needs and we will have the refrigerator/freezer stocked with your favorites charged to your credit card. We can schedule reservations for you at the finest restaurants and provide you with a fascinating history of the Oshkosh community since we are 2nd generation Residents.
We want this to be the first of many enjoyable experiences to the EAA community beginning with a comfortable ride from the Airport w/ reasonable pick up fees. No animals please and you will be in a perfect location to enjoy festivities throughout Oshkosh with Stonewood as a comfortable home for 4-6 renters to recharge for the next day.
