Great beachside apartment, can't beat the location directly across from beach. Plenty of beds, comfortable lounge, two bathrooms, really nice apartment overall in terms of finishes and amenities, clean, well serviced, great garage. The kids absolutely loved it. The air conditioning is only one split head unit in the lounge room so impossible to cool down the whole apartment effectively which was a problem in the kids room on the first night which was way too hot. The only way to combat this was to close all blinds all day and blast the AC literally all day from morning and through the night keeping both other bedroom doors closed to try to funnel air to kids room. AC is the only major detractor in this apartment really. Second night was better implementing the strategy above but not ideal.Other minor things, a dish rack and a clothes hanger that stays indoors would be appreciated for next time. Some hand soap for the kitchen would be handy as well although we brought our own. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again in the future to this apartment as it is very nice and we were pleased with our overall experience.

Stayed here last year and we loved the location, comfy beds, cleanliness and the spacious living and so close to the beach. Only request is that they have new frying pans and saucepans. They were old and not many sizes to choose from.

The house was perfect for our 4 couples getaway. The living areas are large enough for everyone to chill out and enjoy the view. Great to watch the sunrise.

Amazing accommodation, stunning views. Cannot fault anything, from the Sheridan Sheets to Smeg appliances, it was the nicest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Right across the road from the beach, and loads of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend eating at the Shoal Bay Country Club.

Beautifully renovated house with high end furnishings and contents. The floor to ceiling windows in the lounge area give an amazing view of Jimmy's Beach and beyond, and taking 10 steps from the front door to be on the beach is priceless.

Right in front of a stunning beach with the most incredible view from the lounge, balcony and main bedroom, this apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, close to both shoal bay and Nelson bay for cafes and restaurants. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Straight across Shoal Bay and through the heads of Port Stephens. Such a beautiful view.

- Fabulous location - Comfortable living- Toilet was smelly - smell not from lack of cleaning, room very tired and in need of some attention. Bathroom has had an up-grade and was lovely - Kitchen was poorly appointed from a simple meal preparation perspective, with kitchen cupboards requiring some very serious cleaning (musty smell, some mould requiring all utensils needing to be washed prior to use which was disappointing)- laundry was tired- would be more able to keep sand out of the unit if the tap fitting to access the outdoor shower was issued/available - sounds like lots of complaints - apologies. We had a LOVELY and comfortable stay. Should these minor issues be addressed, it would be perfect. Would recommend highly!!-
