This home is the perfect place for your Zion Area Adventure. Relax and Re-charge while enjoying some of the most amazing places in Utah. This home is nestled in an orchard with Beautiful views and privacy. Stargaze from your own private hot tub/swim spa, Enjoy time around the camp-fire, Play pickleball on your own private court. Relax at home or just a short drive to adventure. A delicious Breakfast served every morning. During Harvest Season, we will include items picked fresh from our orchard.

4 bedrooms. 4 King beds. 3 bathrooms. Private Pickleball court with paddles and balls, Fire pit with wood provided. Large yard. Breakfast delivered to you door every morning. During harvest season, breakfast and lunch will include FRESH fruit/vegetables grown right on site . There is a great Mexican Restaurant and Pizza place just 2 blocks away. Great Family/Friend time at this backyard oasis!
Maximum guest amount is 8. The groundskeeper and breakfast cook live in a small basement apartment. They are a great source for local hikes, places to visit, and are there to help with anything that you may need. Please Note: This home is set up with each bedroom having its own outside entrance. You are not able to access other bedrooms without going outside. This works great for groups of friends or extended family where they want their privacy but does not work well for families with small children. One of the units is a 2 bedroom area with a living/dining room attached so this would work for children. There is not a main kitchen, but 2 of the units have a small kitchenette.

Wonderful Zion Stay

Wonderful location to stay while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyons. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to every question we had. There is so much to do in a short distance but also so much offered by the host to enjoy during downtime. And the breakfast was AMAZING!

Wedding visit.

I would highly recommend this property. The owners are wonderful. A delicious breakfast was served in addition to several other amenities. It is close to many hiking activities.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay!

The stay exceeded our expectations. Home is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Breakfasts delight the senses and left us wishing we could stay longer. The swim spa is relaxing and a great place for stargazing. House location is the best of both worlds—close to the freeway and restaurants, yet with a rural feel. Hosts are unobtrusive, yet readily available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Unique Place to Stay

This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way.
