4-minute walk to Union Transfer, 12-minute walk to The Met, 15-minute walk to the Convention Center, 15-minute walk to Chinatown, Reading Terminal Market, and City Hall, 18-minute walk to Eastern State Penitentiary, 30-minute walk to Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Fillmore Philadelphia. 5-minute walk to Spring Garden subway station (Broad Street Line), 3-minute ride (2 stops) to City Hall. Perfect for large group

Perfect housing for a large group. Plenty of space and privacy, Clean and comfortable. Having private baths for each room was a huge plus....The managing team of this property are great to work with. They are very responsive and helpful with what ever you need. They were able to arrange weekly cleaning services to keep the house need and tidy during the stay. we would use this property again if we were to return.

Great for a large group

The property was clean, but if you are planning on cooking be sure to bring measuring utensils. The toaster was not in the house. The parking spot is tight but a car can fit. The garage door opener was tempermental and when we tried to contact owner, there was no response. But we did finally get it open! Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again! Thank you!

Great and spacious

I really enjoyed this place so much there was so much space and a rooftop! The rooms were great and they all had their own bathroom with a shower. One thing was that there are cameras everywhere which is fine it just wasn’t stated on the description of the listing. Also parking is terrible. Lastly, the back patio area did have a little trash like water bottles and cigarette butts. Overall I loved it and would stay again!
