Located in King's Grant bay front. Beautiful bay views across street from the ocean. Amenities include private community pool, community pier for canoes, kayaks, and SUP launches. New windows 2023, An open floor plan with a large master suite which features a private deck with a grill, a screened porch and a nice deck for relaxing overlooking the bay. New high end furniture 2023 New stainless high end stove and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have new Samsung 50" smart tvs, and a new Samsung 65" smart tv in the living room. Sleeps 6 in 2 Kings, 1 Queen. Washer and dryer in unit. NO SMOKING and NO PETS
