Balmy Waves Sur Mer - Atlantic Watergate Oceanfront

Enjoy fabulous oceanfront views from every level of Balmy Waves Sur Mer, our three story townhome in North Bethany. We’re located in the family friendly Atlantic Watergate community of Tower Shores. Imagine being steps away from a private beach - nothing can beat the feeling of being right on the ocean!

Indulge in the sights and sounds of the ocean from the moment that you walk in the door. Our end unit rustic getaway with modern amenities is directly on the ocean. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a double oven) and is well stocked. There’s a dining table for six and counter seating for three. Also on the first floor you’ll find a powder room, utility closet with washer/dryer, stairs leading to the four upstairs bedrooms, and entrances to the private oceanfront porch and deck. The oceanfront screened porch has a table for six. Additional seating is available on the oceanfront lower deck.

There are three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen size bed with a private deck furnished with bistro seating. The two smaller, cozy bedrooms on the second floor have a view of the bay in the distance. One room has a double bed and the other has two twins. Room darkening shades and ceiling fans can be found in the bedrooms and on the first floor.

Directly facing the ocean is the third floor master suite with king size bed, vaulted ceiling, full bath and SmartTV. The master suite is very private with entry to the bedroom at the top of the third floor stairs. Experience sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or enjoy your morning coffee from the master suite’s furnished private deck.

Our home has an oceanside cold water shower, beach supplies, a grill, four bikes, and parking for two cars underneath the front deck. We also have plenty of board games, puzzles, a selection of books, and fun activities and crafts to keep you busy on rainy days. Take what you make. Rented sheets, bath towel sets, bath mats and kitchen towels are provided year round for up to eight people. Please plan on bringing your own beach towels.

Well behaved, non-shedding or low shedding dogs on monthly flea/tick preventative are considered on a case by case basis. Modest nonrefundable pet fee applies. Please mention your pet(s) when you make your reservation.

Our cleaning crew is excellent and adheres to a rigorous cleaning protocol. In our home you’ll find cleaning and laundry supplies to use during your stay if you so choose. Paper products are also provided.

If you reserve our home, please let us know who’ll be joining you on your trip. We’re hands on owners who personally ensure that the house is just so before our guests’ arrival. It truly would be our pleasure to share our peaceful seaside escape with you!
