The Sailing Dreams Beach house is a gorgeous and bright 3-bedrooms, 2-bath home that is perfectly built for families and friends to escape to from the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, our home comes fully stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Spacious and open, our home can comfortably sleep 12 guests.

Our cozy kitchen has all brand-new appliances for the chef in you. We provide coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and a mini waffle maker that the kids will absolutely love! To help you pack less and enjoy more, we also provide various cooking spices, cooking oil, coffee, and tea bags. We are also stocked with coffee mugs, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, and wine glasses. Our kitchen seats 6 around the kitchen bar. Pull a chair up and make space to seat more.

The master suite has a king size bed and is equipped with a 65" streaming Roku TV, bedside Apple products chargers, reading lamps, and trinkets for your accessories. In this suite you will find a spacious walk-in closet with hangers, an oversized standing shower, and a luxurious stand-alone bathtub for you to soak, relax, and unwind.

The guest room has a comfortable queen bed and a sizable closet with hangers for all your Sunday clothes. There are beautiful beside lamps for late-night reading.

The 3rd bedroom is designed with full-over-full bunk beds on each side, for a total of 4 beds, to comfortably sleep 8 . Kids, teens, and adults will love the built-in staircases and the absence of ceiling fan as safety measures.

Love the sea breeze and salty air? You will get plenty in our 2 extensive outdoor areas. Downstairs has a tiki bar with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Charcoals may or may not be available at your time of stay so you will need to bring your own supply. Plenty of spaces for your family to enjoy the cool breeze, throw some corn holes, or play some yard games. There are 3 built in swings to just sit back, relax and do absolutely nothing. Downstairs we have a sand shower with hot/cold water as well as many feet/sand washers.

Get a beautiful view of the sunrise/sunset from the upstair deck. From the deck you will get to enjoy the tranquil view of the beach and listens to the waves of the ocean. We situate at a distance far enough from the beach to have the peace and quiet you yearn but also still have a view of the water that you want. Wake up with a rejuvenating cup of coffee on the deck and feel the calm sea breeze. In the evening, enjoy quality time with the family on the huge deck laughing, eating, and playing bar games, such as tiki ring toss and a few rounds of strings toss game. There is also a dart board set up for the little ones!

The Sailing Dreams Beach house is truly a dream. Our home comes with lots of little extras at no additional fees such as extra liens, towels, 4 beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. We also supply the essentials such as hand soap, dish soap, disinfectant wipes, multi-surface cleaner, trash bags, iron and iron board, starter pack of laundry pods or detergent, 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and 2 rolls of paper towel for your stay. We suggest that you may want to bring personal toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Extra laundry detergent if you plan to do multiple loads of laundry, and all personal beach essentials such as sunscreen, bugs repellent, and mosquitoes repellent.

We understand you are on vacation. Upon checkout we only ask you to lock the doors and close the windows, remove any food trash from inside and then leave the rest to us! Our home is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure you spend your time enjoying your vacation.

Notes
- Booking profile must match full name. Person or persons booking reservation must match name on valid government issued ID of primary renter.
- No parties, large gatherings, or events.
- Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, including previously smoked cigarettes. Guests may smoke or vape outside at 10 feet away from entry doors and all open windows. Please properly discard ash, cigarette butts, and lit matches. All illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If a guest is found smoking or evidence of smoking is found inside the home after checkout, there is a $250 fine. No exception.
- We cannot accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and our cleaners require that time to ensure the property is ready for you. Check out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 unauthorized late checkout fee will apply after 10AM and if later than 12:00 PM there will be a charge of $100 per hour plus any fees that may impact the following bookings.
- No animals are allowed due to owner's allergies.
- No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, wi-fi outages, noise, expectable bugs & mosquitoes in this climate zone, and other things that are beyond our control.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to give you peace of mind in the event of unforeseeable circumstances that require you to cancel outside of the refund window on our cancellation policy.
- Must be 25 and over to book.
- Security deposit is required before access is granted to the property.
- ID is required within 24 hours after booking and before access is granted to the property.
- A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned before access is granted to the property.
