Fully stocked, detached one car garage, close to parks, hospitals, downtown and colleges, and fenced backyard if you care to bring your pup. 2 queen bedrooms and one bath up, master king bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower down. Full sized washer and dryer and extra fridge along with designated office downstairs as well.
