About this property

Your newly renovated beach cottage vacation home has it all! Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills on the beach side of the highway, Beach Nest is close to shopping, restaurants and attractions and is less than 5 min walk to beach access! This cozy home boasts a spacious open floor plan living area with a 75” Flat screen tv, large dining room table that seats 6 and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with all stainless appliances and coffee bar. Linens are provided for the three perfect sized bedrooms, with two have their own flat screen tv’s and Roku. Both full size bathrooms have soaps, shampoos and clean towels to make your stay just like home.

Outdoors there is a covered patio with seating and gas grill. For all you sun seeking beach lovers, there are eight beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart to use at your leisure. Want to stay indoors? We have you covered with a selection of books, games, puzzles and the gigantic 75” tv with cable and Roku! Whether you are living it up on the perfect beach vacation, having a relaxing golf outing with your friends, or just looking for that quiet weekend getaway, the Beach Nest Retreat is the perfect place to call home.

House was super clean and decorated exactly as pictured. 2 blocks to the beach. Easy walk for my 80yo mom. House was fully stocked. Would highly recommend. I have nothing bad to say :-)

Great property

We had a wonderful stay. The property is walking distance to several shops and restaurants and convenient to everything. Best of all just a few blocks to a public beach access. No need to park at the beach. The house was nice and clean and GENEROUSLY provisioned. Plenty of TP, PT, coffee, towels, blankets, etc.
