Great News Year's weekend

This property was very clean. Nice and close to the beach. But since it was a New Year's weekend. We didn't use the beach but for nice strolls at sunset. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Love the sun porch with telescope (nice touch). The beds were very comfortable and linens being there and not having to bring them with us was great. Their was a downside though. The internet was down and with two of us having to work while being there became a real draw back. Also without internet no TV. We got the TV on once useing the password they previded, but never again. We had planned a weekend binge watch of a show on Netflix. I can't say it was a deal breaker for our weekend. But we all had to use up our hot spots to even watch the ball drop at midnight and work. We contacted the owner contact and we were told try different password,that didn't work either. Over all this place would be our choice again. We loved the little unit downstairs. No shower backups, privacy for groups. Checkout is 10am and they so graciously gave us till noon, that gave time for one more breakfast together. Thanks helping us to make memories.

Location Was Close To Shopping, Close To Beach, The Downstairs Apartment Was Perfect For My Parents Who Cant Do Stairs, Property Manager Was Quick To Respond To Mesgs, And Helped Us Alot! Over All We Had A Great Stay! Very Clean!!😁

Girls Trip 2023

The house was great and plenty of room for all of us! Close to the beach. We could have walked if we hadn’t had so much stuff to take but there was a public parking access about a block away! Didn’t t get in to the house until almost 5 as it was still being cleaned when we got there at 4:21. A bit of an imposition but we made the best of it! Homeowner was very responsive. The road to to cottage could use a lot of attention ( lots of pot holes) but that is not the property owners fault! Overall we had a great stay !

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was perfect!!! Close to the beach, shops, entertainment, and restaurants! Owners and property manager were amazing! Thank you for making our vacation exceptional!

Hannah and Michael here :) We live in Raleigh and have a beautiful family (including the pets). We love to get away to the OBX from time to time but in general love to travel.

Why they chose this property

I have made this vacation home as family friendly as possible, channeling what our family needs are when visiting. This house is run by a family, for families and we hope you visit soon!

What makes this property unique

-We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and a wagon to haul it all!
-There is a highchair, booster seat, pack-n-play, toys, and a baby gate for the little ones so you can save space in the car.
-We'll have a bucket of snacks and drinks waiting for you upon arrival.
-We provide a washer and dryer, so you don't need to pack so much along with a couple soap pods to get you started.
-The house is located conveniently near multiple grocery stores. Publix, Harris Teeter, Walmart and Food Lion. Think, order ahead groceries ;)
