Chateau Waikiki #3610 offers terrific views, spacious layouts, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. This condo has just completed a full renovation of the kitchen & bathroom, including new appliances and a bidet washlet! There is a TV in the living area and bedroom that is connected to WIFI for local channels & access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Washer/dryer in the condo & central AC in the unit. 2-assigned tandem parking stall included. Amenities at Chateau Waikiki inside a heated saltwater pool, barbecuing stations, two fitness facilities, a sauna, and even on-site meeting rooms for personal, social, or business gatherings. A number of gazebos and even a putting green is also found on the grounds at Chateau Waikiki, and in terms of location, many actually love living at 411 Hobron Lane, as it's a little bit off the beaten track, at least from a tourist standpoint.
