The Space:

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Dania Beach. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beautiful duplex has loving upgraded interiors with butcher block kitchen counters & updated bathrooms. We have central AC, cable and WIFI. You can catch a 5 minute Uber to Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home.



Please Read: This is a duplex so interaction with other guests may be possible, but it is gated between the two units for privacy.

We had a great time staying here while my daughter had her competition. We liked the privacy, the yard space, having a kitchen to cook and make coffee, and the close proximity to the competition site as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was within a 15 minute radius or less. Victor was an excellent communicator. Parking in the front was always taken up by other guests but we had no issues parking behind the house in the alley. Our neighbors were having a loud argument one afternoon but at night it was always quiet. I definitely would recommend.

I enjoyed the stay here they were very responsive and made sure it was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely book here again. It’s calm and quiet. Pet friendly with big yard. And everything is very local.

Wonderful condo in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay very much. May want to add basic touches of coffee pot and can opener. Easy communication and check in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place overall!

Great location and ease of navigating around the area! Only complaint I have is we were unaware that the laundry was shared / being used by cleaning staff. That surprised us since they just walked in and we didn’t like that the door between the laundry/lanai area didn’t lock to the house.
