You can't miss this luxury condo- described by the locals as a Villa! Enjoy a perfect spot, penthouse level overlooking the mountain, lift, gondola and the Marriott's awesome pool and spa.

The magic of South Lake Tahoe is year-round. The area has something for everyone: gambling, horse rides, skiing and nightlife. For golfers, you must hit the world renowned Edgewood Golf Course, rivaling Pebble Beach. This is just to name a few. The Marriott makes the South Lake Tahoe experience perfect with its dark redwood accents, wonderful amenities and luxury. You are right in Heavenly Village, a part of the action.

Treat yourself to the on- site spa, health club, massage therapy, facials and body treatment, dry cleaning and laundry services. For some down time, with or without the kids, hop over to the movie theater. A special feature for your comfort and relaxation is The Owner's Club. This exclusive club has a full kitchen, library and pool table for your entertaining!

2 There is a one time check out cleaning fee upon check out of $180. Payable to Marriott Grand Residence.
3 Payment in full is required when the Reservation Number is provided to you for your booking
4 Cancellation Policy ~ 100% round for cancellation more than 60 days before check in date
5 Linens and towels included with rental
6 Daily 'tidy up' maid service is available at an additional charge. It includes bed making, fresh towels, trash removal, restocking of bathroom toiletries. For extra care, you may request full maid service.
7 No pets and no smoking.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very comfortable, very clean, located within steps of restaurants, and coffee shops in Heavenly Village. The host was very responsive through the VRBO app and clear on the instructions for checking into the resort. We will definitely look for this property the next time we stay in South Lake Tahoe!

Family friendly vacation

Great location will access to all Lake Tahoe has to offer. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the wife took in all the local shops. Staff and host were top notch.

The ad stated “on the beach” & “beachfront” and also clearly stated “penthouse level/top floor”. It is neither of these. After reaching out to the host, I was told I misunderstood. Screenshots of the ad and reservation were then sent to the host that clearly show it in the ad. No reply from the host after this. We paid a premium because we thought this is what we were getting. It also is not a villa, it’s a 1 bedroom condo on the 4th floor where you can hear everything happening on the 5th floor above you. Amenities are great, property is nice, and location is great for shopping and restaurants. Parking is expensive. You will drive, walk, scooter or bike to the lake. The closest beach is 30 per person and .7 miles away.

We want our kids to be exposed to this historic area, all year round. I had to beef up my snow boarding skills!
