A close drive to the Louisville Expo Center and close to grocery stores and restaurants. A much better nights stay for a family of 5 verses a hotel.

Great little place

Really enjoyed our stay. So convenient to everything we needed, our event, grocery store, gas, etc. Brand new appliances, heater and hot water worked great. It was perfect. Lindsay was great too!

Kentucky Derby

Clean and Convenient

Lindsey was an excellent host - helpful and responsive. I appreciated that she also had written instructions in her home. The house is remodeled and VERY clean. She also had new appliances and the amenities added a nice touch. A benefit to us was the location with quick, easy access to major interstate highways. The only negative is that this is an older house with uneven floors which made some doors difficult to close or loud to close. The home is in an older neighborhood but was very quiet. I would stay here again - good value. location

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in central city, very close to I-264, making accessibility to any local destination convenient. Nestled in a quiet area with mostly older families, the home is surrounded by local restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short drive.
