Guests have exclusive access to the penthouse and all Blue Sky Resort amenities — the heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, and on-site spa. Two reserved heated garage spaces are included.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

Wonderful Experience!

After a long holiday weekend vacation, we were SO pleased with every aspect of our rental. The top floor apartment was even better than we had anticipated. We honestly LOVED everything, especially the high ceilings, cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, great view of mountains, super clean/sanitary conditions...I could keep going! Overall, we would 100% book this rental again. Thank you!
