About this property

408 Vitamin Sea - Summer Sands Suites

This suite is located on the fourth floor with a private balcony overlooking our saltwater pool. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy style queen size bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cook top and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are provided. Free WIFI is included. Parking is limited to ONE car per condo and policy is strictly enforced. Daily maid service is offered and all linens and towels are included. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Good space for a family

The condo was very nice, though the kitchen cabinets and drawers should be lined for a cleaner feel. The fob system was a little cumbersome- 2 fobs and 4 adults made it tough. We didn’t discover the ice machine and convenient restrooms until our last day. Overall the condo worked well for our needs.
