The house was clean, organized and very spacious. There is not too many amenities, but we didn't mind it being that we were at the lake, Yosemite, and pool for most part of the days.
Wonderful location within striking distance of Yosemite NP. Plenty of room for two families of four. Clean and spacious for cost. Great opportunity to experience a gated community in the Foothills.

Great spot!
Extremely clean and tons of space. Great for families! The location was great as well. We wanted to go to Yosemite and it wasn’t too far. We also enjoyed rainbow pools, which was only about a 25 minute drive. The pizza place down the street was also amazing! Highly recommend this rental.

The only thing we didn't like about the place is that you have to check-in. We come tired and you...
I liked the house, the cleanliness and you have everything you need to spend some incredible days.
Enjoyed our stay. Seems to be well maintained except for patio door screen which was off its track and a few missing vertical blinds in the master bedroom. Heater worked, same with stove, toaster oven, etc. Reasonable price for all included charges. Would stay there again.

Nice location and house but could use some cleaning
The house had ample space and was i. Decent condition but wasn’t cleaned properly despite contacting support. Animal poop near entrance, hair on bathroom wall, dirty dishes left in dishwasher. Only 2 dishwasher detergent pods for 3 night stay, which probably explains the earlier dirty dishes.

We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
House was in good shape for age. Very clean. Pet friendly home but there is no yard and all the facilities and rec spots on the lake are NO Dog zones. There is a dog park nearby, but you need to register your dog with the city and provide proof of vaccination. Not worth the time and money for a week stay imo.

Could use improvements. One of the upper decks came apart when my daughter leaned against it and she almost fell off therails were rotted.

Good location for us so we chose it again this year as we have a house around the corner and needed to do more clean out and disposal of stuff. The only thing is we were not able to check out an hour later which would have helped since the hauling truck was scheduled for 9:00, so we left at 8:30am. Still 4 vertical slats missing in the master bedroom blinds.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The home was larger than what we needed for us 3 girls but it was comfortable and well stocked. The home is close to the lake, but our main reason for going to Groveland was to hike along the Tuolomne river. The home wasn’t dirty but it was clear the downstairs floor wasn’t cleaned as evidenced by crumbs and ants upon arrival. Dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher and linens were in the dryer. The communication was fast and responsive with Vacasa. Overall, it was a great home for our girls getaway weekend.

Friendly house in secluded area
The first thing you’ll notice is that this house is outside of the Pine Mountain Lake area. Although, it’s still in the “community” you’ll need a separate card to enter into a separate entrance. My family has a place by the lake so it was a bit of a trek to get to them each day. Not a big deal, but I would have liked to have known that it’s outside of the main PML area. With that being said, the house is in a quiet area, the internet works great, furniture is basic (but works), they had all the necessary dishes/utensils/towels and soap you will need (but did not have laundry/dish detergent). The AC is super cold, but we were without it on the 1st day as it needed to be reset. Local staff came the next day and was super helpful. Overall, a nice, simple house, with no super frills for the area

Nice house/not a fan of vacasa
The house was fine. Rooms were good, beds were ok. Everything was good. 5min to the pool, to the lake & to the town.
If this is your first time booking with Vacasa, please note that you will NOT be in contact with anyone who owns the home. So if something goes out or you need trash bags or anything you will not be able to contact anyone directly. Everything goes through Vacasa which is quite inconvenient for the stayers but I’m sure is very convenient of the owners of the house. It was frustrating sometimes because if I had a question or was looking for someone I didn’t want to contact Vacasa because I wouldn’t get a straight answer so I didn’t even bother. The house was great but I’d definitely like a lot more convenient interaction with the owner.
(Also, note: there is a doorbell camera. Not sure who sees it but there is one.)
