Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. Just 2.5 blocks from the beach. With its bright and airy decor, this cottage is the perfect blend of comfort and style. Enjoy coffee on the private porch, take a stroll to the beach, or try the nearby restaurants. Our street offers bike rentals, play grounds, and basketball courts. Only 4 blocks from the boardwalk! Our cottage will have you saying location, location, location! Finishing touches underway, will update with new pictures when complete.

The space
Looking for a cozy getaway for up to 4 guests? Our second-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers a comfortable stay with a queen bed located in the first bedroom, and a full bed with a twin trundle located in the second bedroom. You can whip up a quick meal in our kitchen, complete with a microwave, cooktop, and basic supplies. Spend quality time around the kitchen counter or enjoy fresh air in the private outdoor space.

If you're traveling with a larger group, we've got you covered. Our attached first-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit can accommodate 4 more guests.

Whatever your preference, we have multiple options to suit your needs.

Guest access
Entrance through shared alleyway will take you to the back of the property to access back cottages. This cottage is on second level and once up the stairs you will have access to your private deck with outdoor furniture and entrance to your cottage.

Children must be attended at all times on the property especially on stairs and deck. Enforced quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

Perfect cottage close to the beach

Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Communication with the owners was very helpful and consistent. The location can't be beat. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful throughout the night, and everyone slept well. The place was clean, nicely laid out and well supplied for a beach vacation.

Family beach trip

Stayed a week with my wife and kids. We have two young boys and we had a great stay. Our host was responsive and accommodating from check in to check out. It's a cozy place but it has everything you need and everything is fresh and clean. It's a short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. There's a cool playground on your way to the beach that we visited more than once. Would absolutely come back!

short and lovely stay

my husband, 2 toddlers, and I stayed for 2 nights. it was perfect for our needs. owners live on property which was nice and were super lovely people (and dogs!). we felt very comfortable here and it was very clean! hope to stay again in the future! :)
