The space:
2/17* The elevator is temporarily down, guests understand they must take the stairs. Elevator scheduled for repair 2/28

The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children's hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located!
Guest access:
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in.

Other things to note:
Please message me and my co-hosts on the app with any questions.
No parking is available at the building. In the guidebook suggestions of free and paid areas to park will be provided. If staying more than 28 nights parking can be provided if requested.
If for whatever reason the elevator is not working, guests understand they must access the property via stairs. Listing is on the 5th floor.

The property was in a good and safe location with plenty of building security but at the same time a breeze to navigate through. The room itself was clean with fresh towels and sheets for us. Parking was a little unusual but we had no problem in the UAB hospital parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and Safe. Accuracy of online listing is exactly what you get. Perfect for two people. You need to fallow directions when checking in. The only issue for me was there is no 'on site' parking. You have to park in the street but that wasnt much of an issue for us.

I didn't like the directions of getting a key fob to enter the elevator and room . For new people it needs to be more advertised of the steps of getting your key fobs the other con is the parking . That also needs to be advertised on the best places to park . But all in all I really loved the experience and will definitely be back . I was very impressed.

A Nice Stay In Birmingham

I recently had the pleasure of booking a stay at this property, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The host, a lovely lady Sarah, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my early check-in request was granted without any hassle. From the moment I made the reservation, the communication with the host was seamless and friendly. She was responsive to all my queries and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find the property in immaculate condition and exactly as described in the listing. The early check-in made a world of difference to my travel plans, allowing me to settle in and explore the area without any delays. The host's thoughtfulness and flexibility truly made me feel welcome and cared for during my stay. Overall, my experience reserving a stay at this Vrbo property was exceptional, thanks to Sarah who made all the difference. Ah-mazing

What a great place! Great location. I was able to walk to Publix for groceries, the food hall for trivia and dinner (and breakfast) -- never felt unsafe there. Parking is EASY! There is a garage about 1 block away that is hooked to the hospital, 10.00 a night.Check- in was a little like an Escape Room (meaning it was a bit of a puzzle) -- but totally doable. Enter the code to the building, then follow directions to the lock box with the FOB.Host is very responsive.I said 4/5 on clean, because baseboard were dusty, but that is my crazy thing I look for everywhere!I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again.
