Great Beachside Cabin

Really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean views are very striking. It is close to the town of Trinidad, which is very cute town with some places to eat would come again.

Amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very convenient location to the Redwood Forest, Trinidad and the other parts of the coast that we explored. The house has a private setting and exceptional views.

Very nice stay!

It was a quiet, beautiful property. The sunsets were incredible!! We needed to pick up my daughter from Cal Poli Humboldt, so we decided to make it a little vacation for ourselves as well. I loved that there was a king bed and a separate room for my daughter. I will stay there again.

The view of the ocean is spectacular. The home is quiet, cozy and meets all your needs. Take time to enjoy this property. We were gone most of the time and weren’t able to enjoy the awesome beauty of this place.

We surprised my mom with a 2 night stay, over looking the ocean. This place was perfect, close to the redwoods and town. We drove the 101 from Portland to San Francisco, it was nice to have a house to cook some meals and do laundry and have our own space. We loved it!

Beautiful shoreline VRBO

Wonderful experience on this ocean edge home. Such a lovely part of Northern California. We visited ares near the Redwoods. Home has large picture windows facing ocean with a cozy beach feeling. Very clean and lots of room. I’m hoping to visit again.

Absolutely Fantastic Place

The astounding cliff-top ocean view, the comfort and peace of the accommodations, and the hospitality of the hosts stood out to me. We almost didn’t want leave the house, but the proximity to Trinidad, Agate Beach, the lagoons, and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park put us on the doorstep of so many good walks that we couldn’t resist. We’ll definitely visit again when we get the chance. Thank you!

Spectacular views!

The view outside the large windows was the best part! The overall cottage is in need of some updating but the cost per day was reasonable. It was comfortable and peaceful. Adam was very responsive to any issues or questions we had.

Beautiful Property

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks here for our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Trinidad. Property is beautiful with amazing ocean views, the sunsets are breathtaking! Dwelling was clean and all amenities are exactly as advertised. Host was easy to deal with and was very responsive, super nice family. When we return to this area we would definitely stay here again. Great experience and we didn't have a single complaint.

Great place. Recommend to any group family of 4

Beautiful views over the ocean and haystacks from front lawn and from the porch. Very well equipped very clean and had a New England cottage feel only minus is one bathroom for four people. However, we were family so it worked out fine. Host were excellent to work with. Plus variety animals in the corral out front was nice. Trinidad was a nearby town for gas and groceries.

Lovely home

What a peaceful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We especially enjoyed the sunsets. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. It would be helpful to have a notebook in the house with details and Wi-Fi settings. Also it would be great to have a guest book where guests to leave comments. Thank you!

Lovely Location

The property was beautiful, and the space was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to use the basketball hoop and the batting cage! We were a little surprised to learn that the family was on the property as VRBO's current campaign suggests that vacation rentals on their site are private, but we wouldn't have guessed that the family was home if we hadn't been told. We were only worried that we would disturb them with our late-night games and chatter. Great for a family getaway or a solo retreat. We would definitely book this property again.

Charming guest suite with incredible view!

We travel quite a lot and this has been our all time favorite VRBO! It is cozy and charming but large enough to accommodate several people. I visited with my 16 yr old daughter and a friend and we all loved it. Fully equipped kitchen which we used for at least one meal a day. Great shower! The town of Trinidad was our favorite in the several hundred miles we traveled up the NW CA coast. breathtaking beaches and magnificent redwoods are closeby. After a busy day of redwood hikes and picturesque beaches, we loved coming “home” to relax and gaze out over the Pacific. We were all sad to leave and will hopefully be back.

Excellent place to stay to explore the Redwoods

Situated just north of Trinidad, California, this VRBO rental was perfect for my husband and I. It is one of two rentals on the first floor of an adorable coastal home. The owners have done an excellent job of making this rental comfortable and inviting. Despite being part of a multi-unit home, we felt by like we had our own space. The view of the ocean was breathtaking! It was a less than 10 minute drive to town. We were within 45 minutes from all the major Redwood hikes we wanted to do. The kitchen had all the basic amenities. They provide several cozy blankets! There are two bedrooms- our bed in the master bedroom was very cozy. The only issue is an older shower- but it did have nice hot water. I certainly recommend this rental to others!
