New listing! Spectacular houseboat with brand new renovation! Enjoy a stay at downtown Knoxville walkable to Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling Arena, Civic Coliseum, and all that downtown offers! (Please note...boat cannot be moved)
Enjoy the natural scenery and the tranquility of the Tennessee River while being close to all the action! This newly renovated houseboat offers 4 staterooms with 2 full bathrooms.

My goal is a 5 star review with this beautifully renovated 76' Lakeview houseboat! Everything was touched from ceiling to floors to offer guests an amazing experience that is better than home! The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee maker with special touches at every turn. The main living area (salon) has reclining leather furniture and a 55" smart TV. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and the guest bath offers a stall style shower. Both were updated with granite countertops, new fixtures, tile floors, and plenty of amenities.
The rooftop deck has two easily accessible entrances (forward and aft) for watching all the beauty of the Tennessee River. Enjoy dinner with family and friends while taking in a panoramic view of the water. (You can't get that with a condo downtown!)

The boat is located adjacent to the other two that I have available at the gated Volunteer Landing Marina which is known for it's central location and family oriented, friendly residents.
***Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law. ***Please note: NO parties or large gatherings, loud/obnoxious behaviors are permitted on the vessel. Boat is to remain docked and cannot be moved by guests.
The marina is within walking distance to Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling arena, Lindsey Nelson Stadium, Civic Coliseum, 2 adjacent restaurants, and the University of Tennessee. Pontoon rentals are available at the marina.
I offer use of a golf cart to transport luggage only. It cannot be taken on the greenway or downtown. You may also use the provided kayaks or bicycles! (These items are shared between my 3 boats so please don't keep them out for extended periods of time.)
The extensive Knoxville greenway is adjacent to the marina and is an excellent location for walking, running, and dog walks.
***Pets are permitted with pre-approval only. They must be flea tick free, not permitted on the furniture or bedding, completely house trained, and not left alone on the boat unless crated and nonbarking. The pet fee is typically $15/pet per day which may vary due to size of pet and length of stay.
The accommodation may not be suitable to young children and parents are strongly encouraged to ensure they are closely monitored.

***Tennessee Volunteers home football gameday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay and only 2 parking passes will be available***

Parents weekend at UTK

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed. This boat gets 5 stars from us!! Everything was clean and new, even the bath towels were plush. Very homey, spacious, and the master bed was so comfortable. We grilled up top and I thoroughly enjoyed setting out back of the boat. The property manager is fantastic, quickly answered any questions I had. She picked us up on a golf cart and took us right to the boat. We will be back!!

Awesome Houseboat VRBO Stay in Knoxville

We rented this amazing 76 foot houseboat that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The houseboat was super clean, spacious, and it was a totally unique experience!! We entertained local friends and had a BBQ and then attended the ZZ Top & Lynyrd Skynyrd concerts. Our host, Angie, met us on board and reviewed all of the necessary things we needed to know to have a fantastic time during our stay. We so enjoyed it, we plan to come back next year and bring more friends since Angie owns 3 houseboats in a row so we can be together while we visit Knoxville. Thank you so much Angie for your incredible houseboat & golf cart!! We will definitely be back. Highly Recommend- Great Experience

Angie was incredible and the boat was everything the list said plus. The houseboat was super clean, convenient and very comfortable for all. The renovations that were completed made it feel like a new houseboat. We were able to meet several of the other guests and permanent residents of the marina during our stay. It was a very welcoming community with great people. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Exceeded Expectations!

We've never stayed at a houseboat before and when we saw this listing, we had to book it right away! The pictures on this listing is really great but when you see it in person, it's even BETTER! This was the BEST vacation rental we've ever had! The boat was so clean and immaculate! We felt like we were in a BRAND NEW house boat! The overall vibe of the boat was just really relaxing and it was such an amazing experience that we barely left the boat to explore Knoxville. The details of the boat "facade" felt like we were in a real lake house and just made us feel relaxed which is much needed after such a hectic year. Angie, our host, was SOO nice and very professional. She showed us everything we need to know about the houseboat and responded to all of our questions quickly. I can tell that she takes pride in this houseboat and it truly shows. She is definitely a "Superhost" in our books. Thank you so much Angie for such a great experience! We will DEFINITELY be back again and I look forward to another EXCEPTIONAL experience! To whoever is reading this, if you are looking for a place to relax and have an amazing experience, this is the one that you need to book NOW. You will NOT regret it! Definitely worth it!
