Summer at the1930's Bungalow "Imperfect Perfection" Lake, Pool, Hot tub + FUN!

Come enjoy the Summer weather at this beautiful1930's lakefront property. It is surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia. It is full of beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! Private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. Play corn hole, life size chess, foosball, Connect4, board games, cozy up by the fire pit, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, play volleyball, go kayaking, take a swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do on property! Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

The property consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining area.

1. The Yellow Master en Suite has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as a king bed out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has it's own private bathroom.

2. The Green Master en Suite also has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as 2 twin beds out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has its own door into the guest bathroom.

3. This bedroom is in the living room. So if it is in the living room, why is it called a bedroom you ask? This isn't your normal bedroom, it has a door and lock for privacy! It consist of a full size sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2).

This is such a great property. It can be combined with Magnolia Overlook that sleeps 70 (Property ID 1933633) or the Compound that sleeps 57 (Property ID 2096520). This bungalow is around 200-300 ft from the main house BUT if you only want to rent this bungalow, no problem! It has it's own separate driveway and due to there being a slight hill in between the homes, they can't see each other, so you can enjoy autonomy.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met. Please discuss with us before booking.
**The aforementioned community pool is available to Bungalow guests. It is Seasonal Memorial Day-Early Fall but lenient off-season. This is a community pool and subject to possible intermittent pockets of unavailability due to potential privately booked events. Please do not book this property solely because of this pool. Not anticipating too much unavailability but want to disclose properly. Mostly Saturdays (if at all) anticipated and an occasional Sunday. Saturdays being travel days during pool season, we hope to have minimal unavailability experience for our guests. Ask us for information if you would like to reserve the space.
