Going up to the middle level of the home you will find the master suite as well as guest suite and in-unit laundry closet. The master suite enjoys a king bed, attached full bath with walk-in shower, floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light, & TV with streaming app capabilities. The second guest suite on this level has queen bed, attached bath with tub/shower combo, built-in desk nook for work needs, and TV. There is also a laundry closet on this level.
Going up to the top level of the home, you enter the spacious open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, balcony, fireplace, and spacious living room, dining room & kitchen. The kitchen enjoys a gas rangetop, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & breakfast bar seating. The dining table seats 6 and the living room has a cozy ambiance with gas fireplace, leather seating, and flatscreen tv. A 1/2 bath also is on this level for convenience.

Fabulous in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming townhome in Telluride! Perfect for our family of 5, with spacious and comfy beds/bedrooms, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and incredible location walkable to town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it to others!
