THINGS TO KNOW
This rental requires additional fees to be paid on-site. A booking fee of $50/per reservation will be paid at the front desk. This fee will increase to $75 beginning January 15, 2024. There is also a required resort fee of $60 per night, which includes high-speed WiFi, local calls, shuttle service, and access to the Riverfront Club. Valet or self-park is $45 per night.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Shared laundry facilities on-site.
This unit does not have air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Enjoy direct and easy access to Beaver Creek Mountain via our Riverfront Express Gondola, located just 20 steps from the Ski Valet. The Westin also offer a shuttle to BC mountain top. Another option is to walk to the Avon Bus Station and there is a Free Avon Skier Shuttle to the top of Beaver Creek Mountain.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
