This studio offers unbeatable access to the slopes, golfing, and the town of Avon. The studio offers a relaxing and restorative Heavenly Bed and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Unwind in the inviting living area, equipped with a 50-inch TV and gas fireplace. Take advantage of the kitchenette, which features everything you need to whip up tasty meals, including two electric burners, a sink, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom is configured with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A convenient shower dispenser provides bath products throughout your stay. Your rental also includes access to an outdoor, heated saltwater 25-yard lap pool (open year-round) and three infinity hot tubs overlooking the Eagle River.

In addition to the pool and hot tubs, you will have access to Spa Anjali and a state-of-the-art athletic club. The fitness center offers a variety of cardio and weightlifting equipment, plus more than 60 group exercise classes weekly. Located within the resort, Spa Anjali was named one of the 'Top 25 Resort Spas' in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler. Enjoy poolside dining during the summer season -- with a mix of healthy salads, paninis, and refreshing beverages available.

Easily access the slopes via the on-site Riverfront Express Gondola or use the convenient Beaver Creek shuttle. For even more alpine adventures, check out the slopes at Vail Ski Resort. For golf lovers, The Beaver Creek Golf Club is one of the longest-established courses in the Vail Valley and is just a short drive away. Have dinner at the on-site modern Mexican kitchen, Maya, or head to one of many nearby restaurants in the thriving town of Avon.

THINGS TO KNOW
This rental requires additional fees to be paid on-site: $60 for the resort fee, $45 per night for valet or self-park, and a one-time booking fee in the amount of $50. The one-time booking fee will increase to $75 beginning January 15, 2024.
A coin-operated laundry is available on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
