House with private pool and spacious sorroundings

Beautiful house with private swimming pool, spacious outdoor space, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Enjoy our outdoor grill and spectaculare view from our deck overlooking the sea.
The whole ground floor is at our guests disposition, as well as the swimming pool and garden area. We are only renting the ground floor, which provides our guests with complete privacy.
Our guests are free to use all of the facilites which are situated on our property. In first place that is a swimming pool with an outdoor bar, equipped with a fridge and a sink. Outdoor barbecue is also available, it has also a working station. Barbecue is equipped with wood and coal. Our garden is vast, and has olive trees, lemon and orange trees, fig tree, cherry tree...

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is peacefull and kind, consisted mostly of family homes and rentals. It is situated on small hill, which gives us all incredible view of the sea and town of Trogir. People are friendly and warm, we all help each other in time of need.

What makes this property unique

Our house is made of dalmatian stone, just like our ancestors did many years ago. Each stone was hand crafted and processed before it was built in. Traditional tools and skills were used during the built. It gives the insides comfortable temperature even without the air condition.
