Wonderful Summer Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy Bay and Pam was a wonderful host. The house is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well organized! Everything you need is on hand! We were across the street at the bay beach every day to walk, sun, swim and paddle around in the kayaks we brought! Great restaurants nearby too! Thanks Pam!

We grew up coming to Oakhurst Road in Hampton Bays every summer with our families. We love the area, the family neighborhood and especially the beautiful Peconic Bay and the sandy beach. We barbecued, swam, boated, fished and dug for clams (with our toes!). So many happy memories! We still come out and enjoy the house and beach when we can so we hope you come an enjoy all this area has to offer and make some great memories to last a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

Breezy Bay is located in a lovely established neighborhood. The proximity to the sandy beach on the bay means you never have to drive anywhere if you choose not to. Dip in the heated pool, swim the bay, wandered on the beach, eat seafood!! Great restaurants, shopping, marinas and golf are all close by. Take a 20 minute ride to the North Shore and enjoy the wineries, restaurants and outdoor produce markets. Enjoy!
