This Balinese style bungalow provides plenty of ceiling ventilation for fresh air, high end suspended ceiling fans throughout, vaulted ceilings, and over-sized screened doors, as well as split unit air conditioners in all bedrooms.
The king master bedroom provides office space for busy professionals who may need to check in with work while vacationing in paradise, as well as high speed fiber optic internet throughout. A large master ensuite and laundry room.
The second queen bedroom shares the second ensuite bathroom with the third bedroom which includes a bunk bed with double bed on bottom, single bed on top.



The kitchen is open concept with views of the entire main floor shared spaces, is fully equipped with high end appliances, cookware, and beautiful granite countertops. This home also provides triple filtered UV water purification for your convenience. You have purified drinking water straight from the taps!

Palmetto is surrounded by a beautiful nature preserve that provides a comfortable sanctuary to several varieties of wild resident parrots, butterflies, iguana, agoti, and is home to hundreds of humming birds that will flock your feeders by the dozen. Being a gated private resort community, you won't have to worry about foot traffic/vendors bothering you, or busy beach action. However, when you are ready for a change of scenery, or a night out, Palmetto is only 15-20 mins from any main tourist attraction, restaurant, and shopping. So you can enjoy the relaxation Palmetto provides, and enjoy the tourist action when you want without being stuck 'in' the action 24/7 like most all other resorts. After a fun filled day, you will appreciate coming back to a tranquil setting.

The shared pool is beachfront, located at the main building, in front of the bar and restaurant. There is a tour desk at main office to assist you with any activities, as well as an onsite dive shop. No day cruise ship visitors, or vendors.... just peace and relaxation at its finest!
