Always love coming to this home. It is spacious and well apportioned home in a beautiful setting! Amy is a wonderful and responsive host and I had no issues contacting her and getting help.Was a wonderful week!!!

Property was clean and as described in the listing. Owner was accurate and communicated timely. My only critiques would be having a highchair available for smaller children and upgrading the grill. But overall, this is a very nice house with a convenient location.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family group of 4 couples, 2 singles and 3 small kids. The open floor plan on 4th floor was ideal for hangouts and dinners. We did most of our cooking there, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location close to the beach and community pool was ideal as well. Beds were comfortable, and room layouts were just right. We occasionally used the slow elevator but found the stairs to be most efficient. There were plenty of beach chairs. Bring your own beach umbrella or tent and beach toys - there are a few toys, but not much. As for Topsail Beach generally, there isn’t much to do and restaurant reservations seemed nonexistent. So this is a great location for families who love the beach and just hanging out and playing games and cooking together. We would highly recommend this house to families like ours.

We had a really nice vacation. The area was really nice. Overall the place was nice and the check-in process easy. The owner was very responsive to emails. We just wish we had more storage space in the kitchen as well as more hand towels (minor stuff).

Beautiful beach house

This was our first time in Topsail and my friends and I loved everything about our stay! The food was good...and they also have good coffee drinks! Would definitely stay here again!!..we didnt wanna leave! the house was very clean, beautiful and spacious..one minor flaw was that the elevator was very slow but we still loved to use it. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

We had a lovely visit to North Topsail. The home was well appointed and I appreciated having sheets and towels provided. The views are stunning through both sides of the main floor. Check in was good. Amy was responsive. Wifi was not good and the top floor temperature was not consistent.

North topsail vacation

Property has lots of extras, beach chairs, beach toys, games etc. well stocked kitchen. Beach towels would be a nice touch along with some extra kitchen towels. We only had one. Water pressure in the kitchen is very low, but house was beautiful and close to the beach and pool.

I would just like y’all to know that house was wonderful enough sitting area in the living room, which is usually not enough and the dining room, the kitchen Everything was perfect.
