Nestled five minutes from Gilford Beach is this charming, two-storied house that’s great for a large group traveling to Lake Winnipesaukee. The main floor features an open-plan living/dining area with a full kitchen, making it the prime entertainment space. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, as well as one-and-a-half baths. Great Spot, Wonderful Host

We booked this weekend for my husband's 40th, Tom was so communicative and super sweet to work with. Location was perfect, we rented a boat down by Fay's which was a 5min walk down the hill. We did not get a chance to enjoy the beach but also easy walk from the house. Might have to book again in the future. Thank you!!!
