Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. The water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. No stairs. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof.

Just Right

House and lake were perfect for us. The house was supplied with everything you might need, even down to doggie bowl, pet toys, and pet towels. .The decor was very attractive and user friendly. The lake views from the house were wonderful. The 2 miles around the lake was a good morning walk.

Great Property

Lake is super clear, house was very well kept.. I was not aware the lake didn’t allow motorized vehicles. Owner answered questions for me after I arrived! I should have asked the question before hand as I wanted to use the boat for fishing! If your looking for a laid back lake spot with no boats this is the spot for you!
